As a cancer survivor, I’ve seen my share of “Modern Medicine.” Herbal medicine was not presented to me as an option for treatment, or as a means of battling my “dis-ease.” I underwent numerous surgeries and an unthinkable amount of radiation therapy. Though it did kill the cancer in my body, it also damaged good cells. Twenty years later, I learned that my body was still full of radiation and toxins which prevented it from being able to heal itself. An herbalist helped me with detoxification and introduced me to herbal medicine. I feel better and healthier than ever and have decided to make herbal medicine and holistic health my lifestyle.
